This a selection of manuscripts form the prestigious Spencer Collection edited by Fabricio Mattos, as recorded on video and released in 2024 by NEW STAGES CREATIONS. <br><br>The Spencer Collection is one of the most important music collections in the world. Robert Spencer (1932-1997) was one of the exponents of early music in England. During many decades Spencer gathered thousands of items for his collection with particular focus on lute and guitar manuscripts and first editions, instruments and historical documents.
